One of the best creative recruiting methods is directly recruiting for your clients – right in their back yard! That’s it!

If you want clients addicted to your services the best way to do it is to get candidates “A” Players from your clients competition. Locally!

The candidates are better. So, how do you do it? Take the first 10 or 15 companies that your client competes with and source out the exact position within those companies. That’s it!

You will always want to get any “hands-off” companies that your client doesn’t want you recruiting into on their behalf, so you don’t cause issues. Thats the best way to recruit – directly recruit from your client competitors.
